Resident (tenant and homeowner) who occupies his/her own dwelling within the DLANC boundaries and who is at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications to vote:

Stakeholders who are at least 16 years of age and reside within the DLANC boundaries.

Although a transplant from Memphis, Tennessee- I have been a LA for 35 years with 12 years downtown.My involvement with diverse stakeholders has included the Downtown Streetcar Committee (Bring Back Broadway) chair, the Pershing Square Park Advisory Board- president and Friends of the Park 101 Executive Committee. I serves on the Film LA Community Advisory committee and was author (with others) of the downtown filming guidelines. I have served on DLANC for 9 years, 5 years as President, 2 years as VP, Planning, Transportation and Public safety committee chair.
