Hi,
I hope everyone is enjoying the summer.
Next Monday, August 5th, is the Executive Committee meeting and we will be putting together the agenda for August. Please send all requests for agenda items and all of the accompanying documentation or letters to [email protected].
If you have spoken to me or another officer about an item, please also send the email to make sure it is on our radar.
All items need to be sent by the end of day on Saturday, August 3rd.
I know that many committees are not meeting during the summer. If you have nothing, please send an email to that effect, just so we can be sure that we are not overlookiing anything.
