I moved downtown in 2000. I have served on DLANC for six terms.For five terms, I’ve been privileged to serve as president. Parklets have become a reality as has the Spring Street Park. A $121,000 grant will produce a vision of downtown’s livability, mobility and sustainability. I am humbled to be a part of these projects and so many others.In addition to my work with DLANC, I chair the 501c3, “Friends of Spring Street Park”.On the personal side, I spent years as a saloon singer on the American night club circuit and I’m a retired scuba instructor.I have been privileged to watch and be part of the amazing transformation of downtown in the last decade. DTLA is an exciting, evolving community; I love downtown.
