  3. Discussion on the mission of the DLANC Public Safety and Health Committee
  4. Discussion on goals and projects of the DLANC Public Safety and Health Committee
  5. Follow up on TB forum. Next steps. Possible action.
  6. Crime Update from the Central Community Police Advisory Board meeting on Jan. 17, 2013
  7. Follow up on next steps on addition in skid row for bathrooms and trash cans. Motion passed at March board meeting. Motion language was: The board to approve the writing of a letter by the president to all L.A. appropriate agencies to investigate and implement the placement of additional toilets and trash cans in skid row and to ask the President to appoint an ad hoc committee to work on and follow the progress of this motion. Possible action.
  8. Discussion & possible action on spending DLANC funds for outreach - DVD rentals for meetings at the James Wood Center. Possible action.
  9. Report on the Emergency Management Department's Disaster Planning Workshop
  10. Discussion & possible action. Safety, maintenance and graffiti issues on the public pedway from Bunker Hill Towers Plaza to World Trade Center. Request for letter of support for meeting with City officials, council office CD14 and adjacent property owners and residents to create an ongoing maintenance, security and supervision plan for the pedway.
  11. Discussion & Possible action. Request for a letter of clarification as to the rules, which are in place for the public's safety, regarding access to City Hall for individuals who cannot provide picture ID at the security check point entry.
