Please send all requests for agenda items and all of the accompanying documentation or letters to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>.</p> <p>If you have spoken to me or another officer about an item, please <strong>also send the email </strong>to make sure it is on our radar. </p> <p>All items need to be sent by the end of day on Saturday, August 3rd. </p> <p>I know that many committees are not meeting during the summer.
